The Innerview: How To Hustle A Job You Hate

Post Image

On Tuesday, July 30th, I led a conference call for INROADS Alumni from all across the country. It was great to be able to give back because in the summer of 2002, INROADS helped me get my first internship working at Robinsons-May which was later bought out by Macy’s. A few years ago, I also the opportunity to consult with them on their intern training curriculum.

When I was at Robinsons-May, I was doing buying for the Boys 8-10 department. I had an amazing experience, but retail was not for me. Now, instead of helping mothers shop for clothes, I help people shop for and create careers that they are passionate about.

Feel free to listen in and share with people you know. We left off the Q&A part of the call out of respect for the privacy of the brave people who asked questions at the end. If you have a question, you can ask me anonymously here.
