Route 66 National College Tour
The Route 66 Tour is a nationwide tour featuring Jullien Gordon & The Department of Motivated Vehicles to prepare the millennial generation for success in their campuses, communities, and careers. The purpose of the tour is to paint a vivid picture of the world that college students are graduating into and give them a plan to maximize their undergraduate experience and help them develop their personal, intellectual, social, and financial capital.
The list began with a simple blog entry called 66 Things Every College Student Must Do Before Graduation. Jullien reflected on everything he did in college on top of class that helped him achieve the early success he has today. The list is organized based on Jullien’s 8 Cylinders of Success so that college students can graduate with a clear sense of purpose.
Jullien has delivered the Route 66 presentation to 40 campuses nationwide and over 3,000 students have committed to taking it. The interactive presentation involves multi-media (PowerPoint, video, & music), on-stage role plays, games, and prizes. The presentation will be approximately two hours long and involve audience participation, video clips, music, and story telling to demonstrate that college is simply a 4 year stepping stone for a student’s 40 year career.
30 Day Do It MVMT
The mission of the 30 Day Do It is to create the world’s largest and most effective goal setting movement and end the concept of New Year’s Resolutions by introducing the idea of New Month’s Resolutions. The premise is that we should set goals every 30 days in small groups. New Year’s Resolutions don’t work. The methodology is based on Good Excuse Goals: How to End Procrastination & Perfectionism Forever.
Potluck Dinners
The purpose of potluck is to create a space for positive people to connect with one another and to be fed physically,mentally, and spiritually. Ultimately, we want potlucks to take place all over the world in different spaces. Thus far potluck has been hosted 23 times, reaching over 250 people in 12 people’s homes.
All you have to bring is your authentic self, a dish to contribute for 4 people (fresh, spring dishes/fruits/vegetables etc., limited sugar) encouraged, a thought-provoking question about life for the think tank, love, a smile, and another person if you would like.
The fulfillment consists of::
1. good food: an enjoyable dinner prepared by everyone with love
2. good ideas: a space to help someone get to the next level in life
3. good convo: a free-flowing discussions on love, life, and Spirit
Career Change Challenge
The 30 Day Career Change Challenge is a comprehensive online curriculum consisting of 57 videos with over 6 hours of content and a 270-page workbook to help job seekers and career changers navigate every step of career change process. Only 45% of US employees find their jobs satisfying and only a slim majority find their jobs interesting (Conference Board, 2009). As a result, the 30 Day Career Change Challenge guides participants through four modules:
1. Create Your D.R.E.A.M. Life (career & life visioning, financial plan)
2. Attract Your D.R.E.A.M. Career (resume, cover letter, social medial, personal branding)
3. Build Your D.R.E.A.M. Team (networking up, across, out, and online)
4. Land Your D.R.E.A.M. Job (job search, interview, follow up, negotiation)
To date, over 300 people have taken the 30 Day Career Change Challenge.
Driving School for Life
Driving School for Life is a one-day motivational course designed to help you accelerate your career by clarifying and aligning your life purpose, work, and goals. Each hour focuses on one of the 8 Cylinders of SuccessTM using an interactive curriculum of engaging group activities and discussions. Driving School taps into the collective wisdom of the group to help you 1. overcome your road blocks 2. develop your passions and 3. discover your purpose. Upon completion, you will join our community of 150 alumni.
Let Love Pave The Way
Love is all around us if we open our hearts, minds, and eyes. These are hearts I found from all over the country. When I see them I am reminded of God’s infinite love. I hope the next time you step on someone’s heart it inspires you <3

During my days I seek affirmation from the world. Many of them come to me in the form of advertisements, graffiti, or carvings in the cement. It has become a ritual and a habit for me to stop on a busy New York sidewalk, pull out my iPhone, and snap a photo of a wall. Words and images jump out at me from the corner of my eyes. Seek and ye shall find. I have found hundreds of positive messages throughout the world that inspire me on my journey and make me glad (hence the name). I hope they inspire you as well.
