How Saying No Can Help You Achieve More In Less Time

Hey,

Last week, we explored the question “What do you do when you don’t know how?” In that video I shared the 3 things you should immediately do when you feel stuck or have hit a plateau.

This week’s innerview question is for all of the ambitious people who are piling on tons of new goals as January 1st approaches. I love the hustle, but there is a smarter way to hustle that will yield better results in the short-run and the long-run.

I used to have difficulty saying “No” to people and opportunities. I would get asked to be a part of this, volunteer for that, go to this event, and write a post for that website. And I would say “Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!” Shortly afterward, I would find myself overwhelmed with other people’s agendas. While all of the opportunities seemed good, I compromised some of my other commitments and priorities and that made me feel even worst…

…until I learned how to use this simple word, which leads me to this week’s innerview questions which is…

What are you going to say “No” to?

In this video I will…

1. Explain the #1 reason why most New Year resolutions fail
2. Share one easy word that will increase your 2014 success rate by 50%
3. Give examples of simple things you can say “No” to to create more time in your life

This video references The 2014 New Year Guide which you can download for free here.

Saying “No” to some things is another way of saying “Yes” to the life you truly desire

Remember that the difference between hustling harder and hustling smarter is simply asking the right questions.

I believe in the Creator in you to create a life worth living.
